The Slow Client Base General Guidelines
Esteemed Customer:
- Rules Overview: Examine our partnership rules. Disagree? Notify us in writing within 24 hours or they become effective.
- Food Delivery/Menu Changes: Cancel/modify orders 48 hours in advance. Contact us via phone, text, or Whatsapp. Applies to account status changes too.
- Payments: Pay in advance. Unpaid orders are blocked by our system.
- Reimbursement Policy: No cash refunds. Discontinuing? Transfer remaining meals to someone else.
- Address Changes for Delivery: Inform us 24 hours before delivery for address changes. Late notifications result in charges for that day’s food.
- Food Safety: Store food in the fridge immediately. The Slow isn’t liable for damage due to improper storage.
- Microwaving: Our containers are microwave-safe. Remove the plastic cover first.
- Feedback/Complaints: Contact us via phone or email at adnan@theslow-lb.com for feedback or issues.
- After-Hours Contact: Office hours: Mon-Fri 7 AM-5 PM, Sat 10 AM-4 PM. After-hours contact only for urgent delivery issues at 76719703.
