SOMETHING NEW IS ON THE HORIZON!
A new space unfolds by the sea—
bathed in quiet, shaped by stillness.
Its palette speaks in whispers: creamy tones, soft light, gentle shadows.
Nothing shouts. Everything breathes.
The architecture, menu, and identity are crafted in dialogue—
aligned in simplicity, rooted in slowness.
Japanese clarity and Danish restraint drift in from distant shores,
meeting here, in harmony.
Every detail belongs.
Every choice, considered.
A reflection of one hand, one mind,
drawing an invisible thread between space, taste, and meaning.
A space shaped by silence, intention, and the quiet power of less.
Built for connection. Rooted in slowness. Dedicated to the beauty of what endures.
I poured myself into every corner-
Drawing from the stillness of Japanese and Danish architecture,
letting wabi-sabi guide the imperfect, the raw, the real.
Every surface, every line, every shadow designed with restraint and reverence—
an atmosphere where simplicity breathes, and materials are left to speak for themselves.
From the flow of the interior to the feel of the tableware, from the smallest touch to the story each material tells— soft textures, honest woods, muted tones-spaces that invite pause, presence, and peace.
Shoji inspired Japanese sliding doors brings lightness, rhythm, and seamless continuity to the space.
They softly blur boundaries, allowing what’s behind to quietly blend with what’s in front, creating a sense of openness and flow—both visual and spatial.
Noguchi’s lanterns, carried over from the original project, cast a warm, diffused glow across creamy textures and soft, earthy tones, while natural poplar wood brings a sense of lightness and calm.
FRAMA designer furniture pieces, elements l’ve returned to, quietly anchors the space with sculptural stillness.
Nearby, tree pots-reimagined in muted hues-resurface from the past, adapting gently to their new home.
Scattered across surfaces, books gathered through my travels speak of identity, slow living, and the stories that shape us.
Together, these elements form a space of quiet continuity-where familiar forms are revisited with care, and The Slow evolves without losing its soul.
In the kitchen, I found kindred spirits—
chefs who speak the same quiet language of refinement, and together we composed a menu where Japanese purity and Nordic restraint meet in quiet, graceful balance.
This space is not just a project.
It’s a living expression of everything l’ve come to believe in.
The Outdoor Space
Where the earth opens wide and the sky leans close.
A palette of creamy whites, soft peach, and quiet grey mirrors the land—
gentle, grounded, endlessly open.
Jasmine drifts on the breeze, mingling with the citrus blush of lemon and orange trees,
framing the air with light and life.
Textures are clean and soft underfoot,
refined by nature, shaped by light.
Pastel peach moves through the space like the hush of morning.
Light is minimal, intentional—falling where it matters,
leaving room for shadow and breath.
There are no walls here—only horizon.
A place to arrive,
to rest,
to remember the stillness within.
